   Job description:
   
   
   1. Answer in-bound calls; set up appointments for plastic surgery consultation
   2. Bi-lingual (Fluent Spanish)
   3. Provide excellent and friendly customer service on the phone
   4. Answer basic questions about variety of procedures
   5. Make confirmation phone calls
   6. Make out bound calls to potential patients for setting up appointments; we will provide the leads for you
   7. Send confirmation e-mail to patients
   
   
   Attend at least one marketing event per month to gather leads and attend our booth; the events include concerts, health fairs, and so on. KISS-FM Wango Tango, KBIG Disco fever, Wedding Expo, Home and Garden Show , American Heart Association Fund Rasier Luncheon, American Cancer Society Fund Raiser Luncheon, The Emmy's, American Music Awards, The Oscars, etc are some of the events we have attended in the past.
